Centreless Grinder Setter

**Hunters 4 Staff **are pleased to be recruiting for our client who are an SME (Small Medium Enterprise) that are key suppliers to some truly global customers. A major new project within the business has seen the need for an experienced **Grinder** to join, to bring the required skills to the existing small, but dedicated team, and aid with project start up.

The role would be setting, operating, and training existing employees on a manual Cincinnati OM20 centreless grinder and would also include:

- Performing daily / weekly basic maintenance tasks.
- Problem solving your own and supporting other team members when issues arise on the Centreless grinder.
- Checking your own work and work of the team with use of Micrometres & other gauging.
- Advising on any improvements that are needed to the process.
- Experience of setting and operating a Centreless grinder is essential and a requirement for this role.
- Components are hardened pins that weigh between 1kg and 12kg.

This is a permanent day shift position.

**Salary**: Dependant on experience.
