**HR & Recruitment coordinator**
**6 Month Contract**
**Hybrid Remote / and onsite**
**Pay rate £202 per day via Umbrella inside IR35**
The role of HR & Recruitment coordinator reports to the Senior HR & Development Partner for the purposes of management with coaching and daily tasks from the Recruiters. The overall purpose of the role is to support to the HR service across the team, with afocus on assisting with the efficient and effective end-to-end Recruitment process for the AIG Life business.
Recruitment:
You will be supporting in a variety of aspects of the recruitment process, including:
- Supporting the recruiters in the effective management of roles as appropriate.
- Advertising and maintaining current job postings within the business, ensuring Job Descriptions are accurate and meet legal requirements
- Coordinating various stages of the recruitment process including conducting screenings and interviews, ensuring a fair and consistent approach is maintained
- Completion of new hire documentation and processes to effectively onboard new starters to the business.
- Conduct Vetting initiation and gather data as required to enable the adjudication and appointment of new employees.
**General**:
- Manage the HR Admin mailbox and respond to / direct queries as appropriate
- Ensure administrative processes associated with all aspects of HR are carried out in an organised and efficient manner
- Support the team with AIG Life monthly reporting and analysis activities
- Liaise with HRSS as first point of contact and service escalations
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite
- Analytical with the ability to present data and a good eye for detail
- Reliable and conscientious
- Confident in approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer focused
- Good stakeholder management, managing varying and sometimes complex needs
- Experience of the end to end recruitment process, recruitment principles and practices
**Desirable**:
- Potentially working towards CIPD qualification
- Knowledge of HR Database and Recruitment Management Systems
