IT Graduate

**IT Graduate - Inside IR35.**

Lorien Global have an exciting opportunity for several requirements for IT Graduates who are looking to make a move into the IT industry. This role will be working for a Leading Global IT Service Provider on an initial 6-month contract.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and action queries via our in-house ticketing system
- Maintain lines of communication between the IT department and all areas of the business
- Coordinate a complex set of systems to set up new users and create accounts
- Assist in the installation, upgrading and maintenance of desktop and voice infrastructures
- Carry out desktop/laptop rollout and replacements
- Stock Check
- Ordering Stock
- Weekly Stock Checks
- Booking In stock
- Amensty Booking in stock
- Ensuring process of stock in stock rooms is followed

**Requirements**:

- Windows 10
- Microsoft Office and other desktop packages
