All Bar One is opening a brand-new site located Airside in Edinburgh Airport.

As Head Bartender at All Bar One Edinburgh Airport you will be responsible for leading a bar team to delivering flawless cocktails, coffee's and a wide range of wine and beer products for guests starting their holidays, business travellers and tourists.

We are a busy, fast-paced Bar & Restaurant serving Food and Drink from 4am until 8pm. We can offer excellent development opportunities, along with a fantastic work / life balance.

As a member of Bar team in our business you will play a key role in providing amazing experiences for our guests. You will be the face of our business for every guest that walks through our door so we’re looking for Bar Staff who enjoy working with people and are passionate about delivering the highest standards of guest service.

As we are in the Airport, **Opening hours are 4am - 9pm** and shift times can vary so please check travel arrangement prior to applying.

Due to Airport Security reasons, a **Full 5 year background check** will be carried out and a **Clean Criminal Record** is essential.

A **Passport** or **Drivers Licence** (Full or Provisional) is essential

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Leading and motivating a bar team of around 10+ during busy services
- Induction and training of new team members
- Taking control of Beer Orders and Stock Counts, supporting senior management in achieving GP target
- Ensuring the delivery of drinks in a timely manner for both the Bar and Restaurant of around 200 covers
- Supporting the roll out of new drink menus to the team

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience in a high volume bar is required
- Wine & Cocktail knowledge preferred
- A Strong understanding of the English Language is essential
- Excellent in house training will be given and a wide range of progression can be offered
- A positive and competitive mindset with a can do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
