Due to strategic growth plans at this well-run firm, a superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal.
Our client is a boutique conveyancing specialist, and they want you to join their friendly team in Eastbourne.
In this role you will benefit from a mixed and varied caseload, ranging from but not limited to sales and purchases in freehold, leasehold and new build properties & re-mortgage and equity transactions.
Ideally, you will be an experienced and passionate Conveyancer, handling your own caseload from inception through to completion. However, you shouldn’t be afraid to seek assistance as the team have a wealth of knowledge and a fantastic support structure ofadministrative and technical specialist to aid in managing conveyancing files.
