We have an exciting opportunity within our ICE Off Sales. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in leading team and solid knowledge of the Off Sales Industry. This role can be flexible full time or part time.

**Responsibilities**
- Liase with Supplier to agree promotional activity for the 9 sites.
- Agree and implement range for the Group.
- Staff training and development
- Stock management
- Ensuring staff adhere to all Company instructions, policies and procedures
- Planning and implementing any changes in promotional activity
- Administration (i.e., investigating stock discrepancies, promotional execution and marketing)

These responsibilities are in addition to the following:

- Identifying selling opportunities within the trade and acting on these effectively and efficiently
- To identify security risks and support the Store Managers to ensure that the premises are safe and secure at all times
- To comply with the Company regulations with regard to cash handling and administration
- To comply with all health and safety information and to ensure compliance with all licensing and trading standards legislation

**Qualifications Essential**
- Maths and English GCSE (Grade C or above) or equivalent

**OR**

1 year previous supervisory experience in a retail or customer focused environment. Experience must include Beers, Wines and Spirits sections.

**Skills and Experience Essential**
- Leadership qualities - to demonstrate your potential to be able to lead a team of people and be able to set a positive example.
- Have the ability to sustain consistent performance even under pressure, and willing to take on extra responsibility when required
- Communication Skills - a proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, demonstrating good written, verbal and listening skills
- Customer focused - maintains a professional level of customer service at all times.
- Personal Drive and a pleasant, positive and enthusiastic, “can do” attitude, demonstrating an appropriate level of motivation
- Excellent standard of dress and appearance

Flexible hours Full time or Part time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
