**The role**
To support our client's future growth, we are seeking a proactive and self-starter digital marketing manager to lead their traditional and performance digital marketing efforts. This role offers and exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the business.Working closely with the ecommerce manage, marketing and customer care teams, the digital marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for all digital media channels, demonstrating the value of earned and paid digital marketingactivities.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for researching and evaluation the effectiveness of existing digital media channels, providing feedback and insights on future channel development
- Define and segment target audiences to improve customer engagement and retention
- Identify and implement new digital marketing initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, engagement and retention
- Manage digital advertising campaigns, including social media advertising and display advertising
- Analyse and report on the performance of all digital marketing channels, utilising data driven insights to inform future strategies
- Work collaboratively with the ecommerce manager, marketing and customer care teams to develop integrated campaigns and roll out plans
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, making recommendations to improve our digital marketing efforts
- Agency management
**About you**
- Be highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Have 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving performance and growth
- Have strong understanding of traditional and performance digital marketing channels and strategies
- Have experience with customer segmentation, analysis and reporting
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically, identify opportunities and drive results
