**Senior Technical Team Lead**

**Salary**: €40,000 - €45,000
We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly customer-focused and enthusiastic Senior Technical Team Lead to support our client, Pfizer.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 37.5-hours per week.
**Responsibilities include**:

- Operational delivery lead for the Pfizer SDM at Dublin, Grange Castle and other Dublin linked locations
- Ensure that the Service Desk and Site Services are delivering the expected levels of customers experience as expected and outlined by the customer in the SOW
- Attend/run daily Operational Pulse calls
- Represent Colleague Services on DOC T2 Meetings
- Liaise/engage with other Digital teams (EP&S infrastructure teams, ATS, local Plant Network teams, etc.) on a day-to-day basis in troubleshooting operational issues and support with additional advice & guidance when needed
- Collaborate with the Digital Site Lead to understand site priorities and the business impact for major / critical operational incidents including GCC events
- Collaboration with the DXC Site Services Team Lead for Grange Castle/Newbridge regarding expected Service Levels
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide regular updates to the Pfizer SDM of issues related to Colleague Services
- Assist with finance-related queries
- Have an agile approach to all topics
- Provide/Participate in project scoping requirements when needed

**Essential skills / qualifications**:

- Good technical knowledge and understanding of desktop and infrastructure support methodologies in an ITIL environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills
- Strong appreciation of technology policy, process, and procedure development and implementation
- Previous experience managing support teams, or engineering projects
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills as well as excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Windows 10 in a corporate environment
- Scheduling and resource planning
- Ability to ensure internal company standards for productivity and staff utilisation are met
- People Management
- Time Management
- Very strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Full Driving Licence and have access to own vehicle
**Desired skills / qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in Pharmaceutical production facilities
- Experience with medical equipment interfacing
- Experience working in industrial or lab environments
- Working with high-ranking users and clients
