**Driver / Receptionist - Mid & South Essex Out of Hours**

Must hold a full, clean, manual UK driving license.

This role is an exciting blend of responsibilities:

- ** Receptionist duties**: Welcome patients with compassion and ensure confidentiality. Handle a variety of patient needs, including appointment booking, comfort calls, and dealing with sensitive situations. You’ll need excellent empathy and strong IT skills to navigate systems while offering support, especially in moments of distress.
- ** Driver duties**: Conduct vehicle and equipment checks, and safely transport clinicians to home visits where they’ll provide essential care. You may also be accompanying clinicians into patient homes.

**Location** Mid & South Essex (Broomfield, Southend, Thurrock and Basildon). As part of your normal responsibilities, you could be required to work at any of these locations when required.

**Hours Available** Evenings, Overnight and weekends covering a 24/7 operation.
