Actemium ICP Business Unit is working on designing and delivering utility connections to the E-mobility and Industrial sectors, specifically electrical connections. We provide LV and 11kv Connection to the grid for our customers across UK, who are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator

Duties;
- Support Design, Project and Admin Teams
- Assist the BUGM with any ad-hoc tasks required to support the Project and Admin teams
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Internal Control Manual and procedures
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Business units’ vendor accounts
- Raising of purchase orders, GRN and processing of all purchase invoices
- Processing of weekly timesheets to support the Central Payroll function
- Maintain and retrieve all company records (PPE, plant & equipment etc)
- Travel & company fleet bookings, PPE & office supplies orders
- Creating sales orders & raising sales invoices
- Managing of the road works permits - training will be provided
- Managing project legal process - training will be provided
- Reporting system updates
- Project financial reporting
- Assist with completing customer questionnaires and provide copies of company documentation as required
- Administrative/reception and office duties to aid the smooth running of the Business Unit
- Project Document control

Skills and Qualifications:

- Admin background (desirable)
- Experience in Accounts Payable role (desirable but not necessary)
- Proficient IT Skills - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Using SAP would be advantageous
- QBE (desirable)
