Siamo Recruitment is currently seeking a personable and energetic individual to master the front of house for their idyllic café set in the heart of beautiful Cirencester.

Bringing enthusiasm to your customers, the ideal Customer Service Assistant will impact their customers journey positively and create a wholesome experience when dining or taking away.

Multitasking, you will manage customer footfall, order taking, drinks making and end of day administration, ensuring that your name is what brings the customers back

This position can offer an immediate start, welcoming you to join the fun as soon as possible on a temporary basis.

**This Customer Service Assistant vacancy will have the following responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere when greeting guests
- Building and nurturing relationships with the local community
- Taking orders from customers efficiently and accurately
- Serve guests to Café standards maintaining a comfortable dining experience.
- Manage stock control levels (Reporting if stock is low to relevant superiors)
- Clean tables and other surfaces
- Set tables ready for the next guests.
- Taking orders from customers efficiently and accurately
- Previous exposure within a customer service environment being advantageous.
- A strong and concise communicator with multiple audiences.
- A friendly and Inviting attitude.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
