**Choose your challenge - Elite Ninja (Café/Kitchen Supervisor)**

We are Ninjas. As Café/Kitchen Supervisor you are responsible for leading a team of Ninjas to deliver a successful & high performing kitchen and servery. You will lead, motivate & inspire your team to drive sales & profit, deliver fantastic food, guest experience, Ninja engagement, whilst always ensuring a safe & clean kitchen. You will recognise the important of a strong talent pipeline, develop & coach your squad to be the best they can be to deliver an immersive experience for our guests, whilst fulfilling their own potential. But not forgetting, being true to our values; energy, courage, flexibility & balance.

**Ninjutsu (experience/skills/qualifications to non-Ninjas)**
- Kitchen management experience within hospitality/leisure/entertainment venue with significant volume & high standards of performance
- Energetic, resilient & decisive with good judgement in your role as a leader
- High levels of personal accountability & integrity with a passion for coaching & developing your team
- Outstanding communication skills & ability to build effective relationships with team, peers, support teams & senior management
- Commercially savvy to support & drive revenue streams including admissions, sales, marketing and food & beverage
- Passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering a high standard of guest experience and retention
- Experience of driving F&B sales & identifying strong ROI
- Strong understanding of food and health & safety to ensure we operate safe, clean & legal
- Flexible in your leadership style to handle the varied demands of the role & the consistent desire to improve
- Confident in using a varied set of systems, tools & Microsoft packages
- Innovative in your approach & keeping a close eye on market trendswhilst not forgetting our competition

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
