We are looking for a Stock Controller with a “hands on” approach and a can-do attitude to ensure our bustling Warehouse is kept in order.

**Position**:
**About the Role**:
As a Stock Controller, you will organise and rotate stock, ensuring orders can be located and packed with ease. You will hold responsibility for activities in and around the Controlled Drugs Vaults, the checking and processing of pharmaceutical goods, stock maintenance, and achieving order turn-round targets. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Receiving incoming goods, including quality checks and safe storage
- Maintaining the Controlled Drugs registers as appropriate
- Performing regular stock takes
- Transferring stock between sites and to courier drivers
- Vault management, including security, logs, and capacity updates
- Replenishing wholesale and pharmacy stock
- Ensuring personal and environment compliance with Health & Safety policies, reporting breaches and suggesting improvements where necessary
- Strictly adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures and other relevant working aids

**Requirements**:
**About You**:
As a Stock Controller in a Pharmaceutical environment, you must be able to adhere to set procedures, acknowledging their importance at all times. As part of a wider Warehouse team, you will demonstrate a flexible attitude towards work in order to support wherever is needed. It is essential you:

- Can maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the day while transporting stock throughout and between warehouses
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Can organise and prioritise effectively
- Retain an accurate and methodical approach in all situations
- Possess a good standard of numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
- Embrace learning, development, and guidance
- Demonstrate initiative and are comfortable with discussing ways to improve
- Maintain a clean driving licence in order to drive the company van for same day deliveries as required
