**How you'll make a difference**

As an Administrator/ Minute Taker you will be providing vital administration support to the officers to allow them to deliver the best possible services for local people. You will be responsible for taking minutes and notes at confidential and sensitive meetings. You will be part of a small, experienced team, who are friendly and welcoming and training, and support will be given.

**What will you be doing?**

You will provide administrative support and will manage and prioritise the flow of incoming work. This will include arranging meetings, liaising with partners and professionals, input accurately in computer systems and distribute minutes within deadlines.
On a daily basis you will be required to support customers with specific service processes and procedures ensuring that clear information and guidance is provided. You will ensure any problems are resolved and alternative courses of action are recommended if necessary.
You will accurately record, collate, and maintain records and analyse information to ensure accurate statements are produced and data is retrieved from computerised systems and interpreted.

**What we need from you**

You will hold an NVQ 2 or 3 GCSE’s grades C (Grade 4) or above or have equivalent qualification or equivalent relevant experience in office administration.
You will have the ability to take and type accurate minutes of meetings, with the skill to format documents to a high standard.
You will be able to prioritise your own workload, able to work on your own initiative and meet deadlines.
