We are looking for a **great cleaner **who is punctual and holds great attendance who can work **Monday to Friday starting at 4pm until 8pm** cleaning offices and communal areas in Chesterfield.

**Role**:Office Cleaner

**Start date**:ASAP

**Hours**: 20 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 6pm - 8pm

**Contract**:Permanent

**Salary**: £9.90 per hour

**Pay**:Monthly

**Holidays**:28 day including Bank and Public Holidays

**Purpose of Job**:To provide consistently high standards of cleaning, either working alone or within a team of other cleaning operatives

**Reporting to**:NowThen Office Team/Area Supervisor

**Preferred**: 2 years cleaning experience preferred but not relevant as training can be provided

**Summary of Responsibilities**:Cleaning desks, ensuring monitors and chairs are dust-free, vacuuming floors, cleaning kitchenette area, toilets and meeting rooms

**Following specific cleaning checklists**:

- you will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks required of you are completed to a high standard and in compliance with Health & Safety regulations

**Monitoring stock levels** - you will be responsible for ensuring adequate supply of products are available and submit supply requests to your Area Supervisor as required with plenty of time

**Excellent punctuality and attendance** - you will be a reliable and valued team member

**Great communication**:

- you will possess great communication skills in order to liaise with your Area Supervisor, Office Team, Director, as well as your other colleagues

**Attention to detail** - you will have a fine attention to detail as well as a knowledge of best cleaning practices to ensure you are consistently meeting our high cleaning standards

**Positivity**:

- you will have a positive and cooperative attitude, and maintain a friendly and respectful relationship with your Supervisors/Colleagues and ability to take constructive feedback on board

**Adaptability**:

- you will be adaptable to our cleaning methods and able to follow instruction

**Use of smartphone** - you will be required to download our App in order to view/manage your schedule, access booking notes and sign-in/out of all shifts undertaken
