**Experience is not required - passion and flair for care are all you need.**

As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will be supporting elderly residents to live well in a warm, homely, and friendly environment. This is **ideally a full-time (36h/week) role, but part-time or additional hours** will be considered, including **day and/or night shifts**.

An NVQ Level 2/3 qualification or previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is desirable but not essential - **training and development opportunities will be provided**.

The wellbeing of all residents comes first and foremost, so as a precautionary measure, you must have had at least 2 doses of a COVID vaccine to take on a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) role.
