Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm

Quest have seen significant growth within the last 3 years, boasting 12 branch locations and over 30 on site operations. The NationalAccounts Team are the fastest growing division within Quest through successful expansion of current accounts combined with new accounts.

Quest Employment are looking to expand their National Accounts Team by recruiting an experienced Onsite Account Manager responsible for supporting an existing account whilst working alongside an established team.

**General**
- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the client’s team in order to meet Quest employment, as well as the clients business objectives.
- Ensure that Quest Employment comply with all relevant employment and Health and Safety legislation.
- Responsible for the management of temporary staff attending the client’s site and liaising with managers at all levels on staffing.
- Attends daily and weekly planning and staffing meetings, where applicable.
- Monitoring staff quality, attendance and attrition levels.
- Completing daily and weekly KPI reports.
- Attend/manage staff testing on manual handling and health & safety.
- Ensuring The client expectations are met.
- Payroll completion of onsite temporary staff.

**Skills/Experience**
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Account coordinator is essential.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability in problem solving and negotiation.
- Flexibility to work outside of core hours when required for the needs of the business.
