Join us as our Head of Data & Analytics, Marketing

**What you'll do**:
You’ll be joining a team that is on a mission to grow revenue by attracting more people, families, and businesses to our brands and deepening our relationship with them over a lifetime. You’ll help to do this by speaking up for our customers, joining up the customer experience, and focussing on customer lifetime value. You'll be setting the strategic direction and leveraging new capabilities delivered under our data strategy. You'll also lead the data delivery and strategy for Marketing aligned to the bank strategy, embedding data-led decision making through strong engagement and self-serve tools.

The work you do will help us to become more customer centric, linking and making use of data regarding customer relationships, and presenting this data to colleagues. In doing so, you’ll deliver better customer outcomes by being personal and relevant when interacting with our customers across all channels.

In addition to this, you’ll:

- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of data colleagues
- Collaboratively design and implement the agreed data strategy and align tracking systems to measure value delivery to Marketing
- Coordinate between Marketing and the Hub centralised capabilities in Data Governance, Data Science, Performance Insights, and Decisioning centres of excellence to deliver value from the data assets

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels. It's also vital that you have strong technical and analytical knowledge.

You’ll also need:

- A deep understanding of using data and analytics to influence business and customer decision-making
- The ability to translate strategy into practical actions and to align our analytics approach to our strategy
- An internal and external voice, able to represent us in industry forums
- Influencing skills at senior board level
- A demonstrable track record of delivering major business critical and data change programmes with broad scopes, high levels of complexity, cross functional remits, and challenging deliverables
- A high level of drive and personal commitment to success, being proactive and tenacious in pursuing opportunities
