**Overview**

You will work closely with the marketing leadership team, product and promotion teams, to build, own, implement and report on creative campaigns and marketing promotions that drive sales.

You must be confident in taking ownership and maximising current and future marketing campaigns alongside the marketing manager and external agencies, ensuring that campaigns remain on-brand and within company ethics.

Due to on-going growth, we have an amazing opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a fast-paced and dynamic online furniture retailer based in Batley. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a hands-on role in our innovative and exciting campaigns

Ideally you'd have a minimum of two year’s experience in an agency or in-house, and you’ll be confident in injecting your own creative twist on our social media platforms, PR campaigns, outreach and influencer activity. And any previous experience with Affiliate platforms is also a bonus

**What you’ll be doing**:

- To increase awareness of Happy Beds via organic marketing channels
- To maximise outreach of marketing PR campaigns and partnerships across the Happy Beds marketing channels
- Developing and implementing your own creative campaign ideas
- Staying on top of industry news and developments, along with national and international world news events
- Building on current relationships with any influencers, celebrities and partners
- Staying up to date with Outreach, Digital PR and best practice industry trends
- Working with the Marketing Manager to build on the current social media strategy
- Overseeing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
- Identifying any missed opportunities and growth areas on social media
- Working with the wider marketing department and external agencies, to improve website performance and drive customer engagement
- Analysing and reporting on social media and outreach performance, using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- To design assets when required, and be able to work from a brief, but also be instrumental in putting across your own ideas, with an understanding of the marketing and wider business implications
- To recommend ideas to improve segmentation and campaign targeting
- Analysing campaign performance to ensure content is compelling and effective (via open rate, click %, heat maps etc)

Ensuring all outgoing content is within brand guidelines and GDPR/legally compliant

**What you’ll need**:

- Experience in Digital PR, Outreach and Social Media, with evidence to back it up
- Experience managing and maintaining business social media accounts
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Catalogue and Facebook Creator Studio
- Be confident in using Canva, Photoshop or similar platforms to create campaign graphics
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics
- Be confident in your ideas...no matter how crazy they may be
- A passion for marketing trends and techniques
