**Head of Client Services**

**Ross on Wye**

**Up to £50,000 + bonus + benefits**

A new opportunity has become available for a Head of Client Services to join a leading UK provider of finance and software solutions.

As the Head of Client Services you will be responsible for managing and developing the customer service/onboarding team, by providing strategic and visionary leadership, resulting in increased sales and robust client relationships.

The Head of Client Services position would suit someone with a background in finance and/or commercial lending. It would be ideal if you have experience in this type of role, or are looking to take the next step in your career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Client Services team to deliver a first-class proactive service to customers
- Develop the teams in a way that ensures retention targets are achieved, improve customer satisfaction, and maximise efficiencies
- Build and develop strong and positive inter-departmental communication lines to help achieve the above
- Onboard new clients and develop working relationships
- Coaching and supporting team members to help them meet company goals

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Head of Client Services/ Finance/ back-office solutions experience
- On boarding experience
- Ability to lead and develop a team of sales representatives/customer care specialists
- Experience generating sales/service reports for clients and senior management
- Coaching skills
