**Support Worker**
A specialist provider of case management for the rehabilitation of severely injured adults and children throughout the United Kingdom, Europe and Worldwide is looking for a Support Worker for a lady who has a Brain injury, living in the Bristol area.
Their client is a vulnerable adult who requires support with cognitive tasks, emotional and behavioural aspects, relationships and enabling them to complete personal care and domestic tasks, in order for her to be able to lead her life as close as possibleto how she would have prior to her injury.
The Support Worker will be required to work closely with the client, promoting and enabling her to develop her independence and wellbeing. You will take an active role in her rehabilitation under the supervision of the team leader and the case consultancy team.
Good IT skills and the ability and desire to learn and follow training and assessment are also required.
Working hours: 36 hours per week
You will be required to work 12-hour shifts (09:00am - 21:00pm & 21:00pm - 09:00am, which is a sleeping night shift). Contracted hours will be negotiable and variable, covering a range of shifts. Overtime may be available, and flexibility and good organisationalskills are essential.
**Rates of pay**:

- £13.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £15.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday. Sleeping night rates of pay: £114.00 per night Monday to Friday, £120.00 per night Saturday and Sunday.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.
