Our client in Dunmow is one of the leading Shipping and transport companies within the local area and they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

**As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be required to be the first point of contact for all incoming calls from existing and new clients.**

**Main Duties**:

- First point of contact for incoming calls
- Updating job specific information onto system
- Chasing the client for any outstanding information required
- Communicating with client as soon as the sales team passes through the job booking
- Updating the client on progress of their respective booking
- Updating the client with respect to late advices or changes to the client job
- Closely working with the Operations team as required
- Filing client and associated paperwork
- Client specific administration as required.
- Operational administration / PCN’s / on time / operational dashboard and associated work

All training will be given, but if you do have shipping/transport experience this will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
