We have a dedicated team of supportive coaches, skills trainers, occupational health advisors and labour market analysts, all focused on inspiring and motivating individuals to overcome barriers they may have to get back into meaningful and sustainable employment.

As part of a new government initiative, we are working with employers, local government and other partners to deliver tailored support for individuals across several parts of the UK.

**About the Role**

As a Progression Coordinator you will support the delivery of the National Careers Service contract by working with Careers Advisors to support and monitor Customers moving into both Learning and Employment. As part of the Customers 12 month journey with us, keeping in contact and making Customers aware of local opportunities to support their Career Goals and Aspirations. Ability to manage caseload engagement and opportunity promotion across multiple areas.

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required**

Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build strong rapport with Customers to keep them engaged and active during the full 12 month Customer Journey

Effectively managing a caseload of Customers to keep in regular contact, keep informed of local opportunities and collect key information for the claim of Job and Learning Outcomes

Use of Social Media and Communication approaches to tailor approach to Customers and ensure a wide audience engagement

To deliver individual targets relating to both volumes and quality in line with contract compliance, including tracking and monitoring the progress of customers/clients into learning and employment

Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with key partners and stakeholders - e.g. Jobcentre Plus, education and training establishments, charities and community organisations, in order to raise the profile of the National Careers Service and the company.

Establishing and maintaining links with local employers for the purpose of identifying sustained employment outcomes

To engage in outreach activities to extend the service to customers who may not ordinarily engage with the National Careers Service through our partners

To maintain accurate records using the Touchpoint data base to support caseload management of customers.

To engage in continual quality improvement processes as defined by Futures and maintain quality standards appropriate to the post working with and updating the requirements of the Matrix Standard.

Gathering customer feedback through a variety of channels

To actively contribute ideas to the company leading to new delivery opportunities.
