Page Personnel are partnering with a prestigious organisation in Kingston-Upon-Hull in their search for a HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to gain generalist experience within a fast-paced and forward-thinkingenvironment. From E.R casework to HR projects, you will lead and advise on a variety of HR related matters spanning the entire employee lifecycle whilst working collaboratively with the wider HR team.

Our client is a well-established and collaborative NFP organisation based in Kingston Upon Hull. The HR Advisor role sits within a friendly HR & People function who place a high importance on development.

**Description**

In this fast-paced and varied HR Advisor position, roles and remits are to include;
- Proactively manage employee relations cases ranging from formal grievance to disciplinary investigations whilst ensuring correct and fair processes are followed at all times throughout the investigations
- Provide coaching to Managers and Team Leaders on performance improvement plans and resolving issues before escalation
- Manage performance review cycle for business units, ensuring all communications and documentation are managed on time and effectively
- Provide accurate advice to employees on queries relating to policies, procedures, terms and conditions of employment such as flexible working requests, and employee benefits
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports for client areas and provide dialogue to support where necessary
- Be the HR presence and first point of contact for employees, Team Leaders and Managers in the East Yorkshire offices

**Profile**

We're looking for someone with;
- CIPD qualified - part or full
- Demonstrable record of general operational HR experience.
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task, prioritise and work accurately.
- Able to build strong working relationships and gain respect of all levels within the business.
- Confident communicator both in writing and verbally, ability to speak an additional language would be an advantage.
- Creative but practical approach to problem solving.
