**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall learning experience.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within the nursery setting.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement in early years education.
- Completing your level 3 early years apprenticeship whilst working.
**Experience**
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is not essential but desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A drive to create innovative learning experiences that cater to diverse needs.
- Familiarity with current early years frameworks and practices will be advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: £6.40 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
