As a leading beauty brand, we understand the power of compelling content to connect with our audience and drive engagement. We need a skilled beauty enthusiast with exceptional oral and written communication skills to curate captivating content for our campaigns. To create campaigns that capture our brand's essence and captivate our beauty-loving community.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop engaging and persuasive copy for a wide range of beauty-related content, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media captions, and video scripts.
- Deliver the highest standard short, long and video form campaigns.
- Contribute your energy and enthusiasm in a team environment with respect and care.
- Collaborate with the merchandising teams to develop and execute campaign strategies that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough research on beauty trends, ingredients, and products to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is reflected in the copy.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the target audience and create content that resonates with their interests, needs, and aspirations.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms and channels.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitor activities to continually improve the effectiveness of our copy.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and cohesive content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content creation and marketing initiatives.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
- Able to understand and hit our targets and KPIs.
- Reflect on short, long and video-form campaigns to improve overall effectiveness.
- Update Management with any issues that require solving to deliver the highest customer experience and KPI results.
- Care about what you're doing to ensure we make an impact.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to convey complex information, concisely and engagingly.
- Proficiency in creating compelling video scripts and on-camera presentations.
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, and terminology.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for optimising copy.
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to create captivating and results-driven content.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
- Proficiency in using content management systems and social media platforms.
