The overall purpose of the role is to increase the revenue, market share and reputation of the company in the Financial Services market.
The immediate focus is to contribute to the development of the HR recruitment & consulting division. You will collaborate with other members of the team and other divisions within Marlin Selection.
Due to the size of the company, your recruitment role will be broad and varied including:
- Generating new business, job leads and ensuring these are followed up
- Writing and posting job adverts and managing the response
- Improving the internal systems and processes
- Ad hoc recruitment projects and other related tasks
The consulting side of this hybrid role will entail:
- Carrying out HR consulting on behalf of our clients, based on your experience and level of knowledge.
- Business development to attract clients to generate either roles or HR consultancy projects
- Working either on site or remotely on client projects across the whole of the employee lifecycle
- Partnering clients to give advice and offer solutions to their people management issues.
- Writing reports and policies
