Clearwell Mobility is the South East's leading retailer of mobility aids for the elderly and less able. Established in 2004 we have 11 showrooms and are now recruiting for Sales Assistant at our Staines branch.

We offer our customers a personal shopper experience and encourage our team members to spend time with customers to get an understanding of them, their home environment and their aspirations. We don't pressure you with targets - we just want you to provide great advice and great service.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product selection, advise on product features and assess user requirements
- Process customers purchases, returns and exchanges along with the related admin tasks
- Process web and telephone sales orders and organising their despatch
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom and car park including merchandising displays

**Your qualities**:

- Warm personality and be easily approachable
- Great communication skills
- A team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment
- IT literate
- Flexibility to work on a monthly rota basis including alternate Saturdays

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.84 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
