**Marketing Assistant**

**Botley**

**30 hours per week - Monday to Friday**

**Salary: £16,255 pro rata plus excellent benefits**

**What you will be doing**:

- Work as an integral part of the marketing and fundraising team
- Coordinate the design and production of traditional media including print, signage, and merchandise
- Create, schedule, edit and respond to social media engagement
- Participate in marketing planning meetings
- Respond to requests from managers at YMCA for marketing support and materials

**Qualifications and experience we are looking for**:

- Previous experience of administration and ability to produce a wide range of creative material
- Previous experience of service or product marketing is ideal, but training will be given
- Social media experience across Meta, Tik Tok and LinkedIn for business
- Events support experience, including administration, marketing, and sales
- A good level of computer literacy, able to use Mac and PC, Microsoft Office, and Canva or willingness to learn
- A working knowledge of equality, diversity, and inclusion matters
