Title: Senior Practitioner

**Salary**: £20,500 - £29,000 per annum (OT options & fast career progression into management)
Location: Bristol
Contract Type: Permanent (Mon to Fri) plus weekend work (5 Sleep Ins per month)

About Role:
As a Senior you will be supporting children and young people with disabilities ranging from physical to learning, providing 1-1 support where necessary.
Your role involves training new staff & assisting management with the running of the residence.
You will play a vital role in providing the necessary support, in the forms of emotional, physical & educational, to help facilitate and aid the development of the children and young people you will support.
This involves supporting independence and living skills by ensuring positive experiences at home and in the community.
You will be expected to do 5 sleep ins per month (earning an additional £90 per sleep in on top of your basic salary - this equates to approximately of £29,000 you can earn per annum).
Incredible Career Progression:
Unlike other care settings, this organization provides fast progression from Senior to Management where you will gain an NVQ level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care within 6 months.
You will earn up to £29k per annum at this level.
About Service:
The service is a respite facility providing a relaxed & fun setting for children and young adults with disabilities. It is a purpose-built residential setting made up of seven individual bedrooms including two communal lounges, a shared kitchen, a large diningroom and sensory room.
The service is registered with Ofsted and provides its services free both during and outside of term times.
