**We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Business Relationship Manager/Key Account Manager to join our Consultant Liaison department. This role is based at hospital premises**in Central London,**with a competitive salary on offer & hybrid working.**

Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK’s largest independently owned non-profit hospitals, with state-of-the-art facilities located on Harley Street. **Job Profile**

As Consultant Business Relationship Manager your goal is to drive accelerated growth in activity and revenue for The London Clinic. Through a targeted account and relationship management approach, your contribution will be instrumental to the achievementof hospital’s strategy, defined by the Executive Board.
- **Job Type**:Full-Time, Permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
- **Benefits package**:We offer a comprehensive package including annual financial bonus scheme, contributory pension scheme (total annual contribution up to 20%), private medical insurance, 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays),as well as a wide range of other benefits.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Account manage a specified list of consultants, in line with The London Clinic’s strategy and as per guidance from the Business Development Manager/Head of Clinician Relationships.
- Develop and maintain key consultant, practice staff and other stakeholder relationships to facilitate increased share of consultant private practice.
- Organise and undertake a regular schedule of meetings with a targeted list of consultants and update activity through account plans, the CRM and any other required systems.
- Work with colleagues to plan and organise consultant forums, operational/specialty meetings and events in line with guidance from the Business Development Manager/Head of Clinician Relationships.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven key account management experience working within the hospital/healthcare sector.
- Excellent business development experience, particularly in developing and growing accounts over time.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, organisational, negotiation and time-management skills.
- Strong relationship building capability with good numerical and analytical skills, being able to manipulate and analyse data from a variety of sources.
