**Job title**: Workday Analyst **Location**: Remote / Luton one day per week** Daily rate**:up to £700 per day (umbrella)** IR35 status**:Inside IR35 **Duration**:12 months This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technology Analyst with Workday experience to join a prestigious and well-respected organisation. **Key responsibilities include** Solution Scoping and System Design: Build Management: The role is responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing technical system solutions that are "fit for business purpose" Conduct root cause analysis on any defects raised through the build of new configuration and support resolution. Support users: Provide 3rd line systems support for assigned systems. Coordinate support activity across the team to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues assigned to the team Manage Risk, Security & Audits Manage Supplier / Vendors Manage Knowledge Super User Education System Upgrades Experience with Workday HCM Experience of design, build, test and delivery of system developments and reporting (product lifecycle) Experience in the development and use of SQL for queries and reporting Knowledge of business processes and terminology Supplier management skills - gravitas to engage senior stakeholders Experience with administration of SQL Server Integration Services Experience of implementing updates/upgrades on business system Experience of the change management process Ability to translate complex business interactions into rigorous technical analysis Excellent senior stakeholder management Excellent interpersonal and communication, skills Decisive and analytical, with close attention to detail **If you are interested in becoming part of this growing success story please submit your CV now to be considered for the position.
