**The Multi Trade Carpenter role**:

- Completing passive fire protection works; this includes, but is not exclusive to, rehanging doors and fitting intumescent fire strips, door closers and general blocking up of voids with fire proof material
- Also undertaking first and second fix installation projects, including kitchen and bathroom fitting, as well as undertaking other minor works in plumbing, patch plastering and tiling
- The ability to work professionally and demonstrate excellent customer service skills within people’s homes, including vulnerable settings
- Working individually and sometimes as part of a trade team, whilst always working to complete targets.

**What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter?**
- Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Carpentry or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
- Qualified with an NVQ 1 or 2 in Passive Fire Control is desirable, although not essential
- Demonstrable previous experience of completing passive fire protection work or refurbishment works in a domestic setting
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Carpenter role, with the use of your own vehicle, and the ability to claim travel expenses.
