We are looking for someone with drive, enthusiasm and a real passion for used cars to take full responsibility for the stock profile, management and profitability of all used car stock.

This is a hybrid role - you will need to spend some time on site. You will be responsible for group stock across our groups locations in Northampton, Bedford, King’s Lynn, Norwich and Bury St Edmunds.

This is a brand new role, and will enable us to strengthen our Senior Management Team as we continue to grow and develop the business.

The Key Responsibilities will include:

- Full responsibility for used car stock purchasing from various sources including manufacturers, auctions and the groups own part-exchanges
- Manage the pricing structure and advertising of stock on our own website and third party sites
- Driving sales volume and maximising profitability to achieve department targets
- Profiling stock to ensure a good mix across all sites, taking into account demographics and market share
- Managing vehicle preparation costs
- Developing and growing the used car operation through increased sales volumes and profit margins
- Drive and determination to achieve all of the above and exceed targets
- Organisational skills and a passion to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- A confident and determined approach
- Knowledge of Keyloop would be a distinct advantage

About our requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- At least 3 years experience working in a similar role
- Great negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Full driving license with no more than 6 points

With showrooms in Northampton, Bedford, King’s Lynn, and Norwich, our latest site in Bury St Edmunds opened in July.

Remuneration

This role will attract an OTE of £50,000
- You will work a 5-day week (Occasional weekend work will be required).

- 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Birthday off once probation has been passed
