We have an opening for a PA and Projects Coordinator at INTO Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and a busy environment.

Reporting to the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the day to day administration to ensure smooth running of the department and assist the senior management team with various projects.

As PA and Projects Coordinator, you will be assisting with the preparation of board reports and materials for meetings and presentations.

This role offers you the opportunity to work with different teams and departments, as you will be working closely with the Operations Team, Academics and Sr. Management.

The role also involves organising Centre Governance meetings, booking rooms and taking and distributing minutes.

You will have previous experience in servicing meetings at senior management level with high level IT skills in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

You will also have excellent command of spoken and written English and the ability to build and manage good working relationships with people at all levels.
