If so, Zen Shots is the place for you We are the fastest-growing studio company in the country, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our friendly and fun team in Oxford.
**About the Role**:
As a Senior Photographer at Zen Shots, you'll be immersed in a dynamic and creative environment. With over 5 years of professional experience, you will bring your expertise to our team, contributing to the training of new staff and enhancing the quality of our portrait sessions. You'll be capturing meaningful moments with families, newborns, pets, and couples, ensuring each shot is a masterpiece.
In addition to your photography duties, you will work closely with our award-winning Photographic Manager to deliver his training program, ensuring our team maintains the highest standards. As the Lead Photographer, you will also mentor and guide less experienced photographers, sharing your knowledge and fostering their growth.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional photography experience, including advanced skills in digital retouching using Photoshop and/or Lightroom.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor and guide less experienced photographers, sharing your knowledge and fostering their growth.
- People Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with clients, understanding their desires and creating a comfortable environment during sessions.
- Sales Savvy: Comfortable engaging in sales conversations, discussing our product range with clients, and contributing to the sales process.
- Passion and Creativity: A genuine love for people, a creative flair, outstanding communication skills, and an empathetic personality are must-haves.
- Driving License: A driving license is essential as you will be required to travel between our studios.
**Work Schedule**:
- Working weekends is essential, as they are our busiest times.
- You will have two days off during the week as your off days.
