**Summary**
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team at Spinnr Tech Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our employees. Your expertise will be vital in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage accounts payable related to payroll expenses.
- Utilize HRIS systems for efficient data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee records and benefits administration.
- Analyze payroll data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the implementation of new payroll software or updates as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software such as QuickBooks, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English
- Must have the right to work in the UK
