Hatching Dragons is the UK's first bilingual Mandarin-English early years educational provider, operating three schools across London in the cities of London, Westminster and Canada Water / Rotherhithe. We are regulated by Ofsted and have to ensure that our buildings operate compliantly and within the guidance set out in building regulations and the HSE provisions for early years providers and so are constantly investing in our sites to ensure that they are of optimal visual and operational use to the teams and the children that they house.

About the role*
We re looking for a handyman / contractor to be available to work across all of our sites on an on-going basis, helping us fix furnishings, repaint the schools, change lighting, move heavy furnishings and be a general able bodied support for the teaching teams across the board. The hours will be variable and inconsistent so this is not a full time role, but it is something that we think is consistently needed on an on-going basis such as to warrant the appointment of a contractor to support us

**Requirements**:

- Personal Liability insurance
- Work equipment and ladders
- Plumbing / electrical qualifications desired
- Manual lifting
- Clean bill of health / no injuries or reasons that might impair your ability to do physical work
- Flexibility to work on weekends / out of hours
**Expenses**
Legitimate expenses for the business must be submitted in full and photographic form to our finance manager so that we can add to your invoice, payable at month's end and in arrears.
