Office Administrator

We are recruiting an **Office Administrator** to work within the Buildings and Facilities Department to assist with the day to day running of our block management portfolio.
You will play a vital part in the repairs and maintenance team, together with providing administrative support to the Property Managers and Directors. You will have the opportunity to gain experience within the property industry within a fast-paced role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Be one of the main points of contact in the office.
Reply to correspondence/customer contact in a timely and appropriate way and with a professional and helpful manner.
Resolve any enquiries, maintenance issues or complaints from residents and lessees effectively and diplomatically.
Support the Property Managers to ensure all building services and facilities are maintained within relevant scheduled frequencies and inspection deadlines.
Produce client correspondence to include mail merge letters, newsletters, and general correspondence.
Draft Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 Section 20 Notices as and when required.
Ensure all insurance claims are handled promptly and reconciled appropriately.
Complete dictation/audio typing.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with residents, directors and contractors.
**Experience Required**:
- Proficient use of Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- 2 years Office Administration desired
- Previous experience within an estate/block management company would be preferable
- Knowledge of MRI Qube system would be advantageous
