**How can you change it up?**

We want to connect communities across the UK. To do this we need a confident Area Quality & Assurance Lead to oversee the construction and assure the quality of our full-fibre in any given area. Your role is an important one. You’ll ensure build partners carry work out according to our Quality guidelines, champion Quality culture in any specific area and drive production and documentation for our full-fibre operations. Your role is the first step in driving the progress of our plans, what a way to make an impact.

**What will you bring to the role?**

Ensuring quality assurance is the key focus here. You’ll have the knowledge and expertise behind you to be able to interact with a variety of different people to update and lead on the quality of build. You’ll coach and support our build partners, problem-solve, improve work quality, and drive progress on site. We’re looking for someone who has a real passion for change, if you do, we’re sure you’ll fit in

You’ll need:

- Experience in Telecoms with a background or Degree in Project Management
- Working knowledge of Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations and the New Roads & Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA)
- Completion of IOSH Managing Safely course or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- A full UK driving license
