The role is in a fast paced and often high-pressured environment, so you will need to be able to stay calm and strive to be a perfectionist with a good eye for attention to detail.

Being confident in using computers is essential for this role.

This is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern for the perfect work life balance Nights 6pm - 6am

**Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing**:
The role is within the Inventory department, and you will be expected to learn and sometimes cover other areas of the department when required. You will work closely with Supply Chain, and the Warehouse in to provide a professional service. The nights are 4 on 4 off, and follow the 6pm - 6am shift pattern. You will:

- Investigate any issues relating to stock
- Liaise with client support
- Accurate data entry into Microsoft Excel
- Support with stocktakes
- Balance stock including bulk items
- Complete daily reports
- Complete clerical work for the goods in department
- Use our warehouse management system (GEAC)
- Process purchase order receipts
- General administration duties
- Eliminate non - picks
- Minimising missing stock and incorrect stock movements
- Support the reduction of items in the red area

**A Few Things About You**:

- Computer literate
- WMS experience desirable
- High attention to detail
- Professional attitude to colleagues and clients
- Calm under pressure
