**Senior Avaya UC & Contact Centre Support Engineer - 3rd Line**

**REMOTE with occasional travel to site in London** - **Package to £60K PLUS on call & OT**

The IRC are working with an award-winning Avaya Reseller, and provider of communications solutions and services to a wide range of mid-market and enterprise businesses & public sector clients both in the UK and Internationally.

As part of continued growth and expansion, they have built a business unit in Central London specifically to deliver large projects and ongoing support to several large Central Government organisations. Due to these successes, we now have requirement fora Senior Avaya Support Engineer, dedicated to the central government accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide 3rd Line support, diagnosing and resolving Contact Centre / Voice technology incidents
- Assist in the design and implementation efforts of complex Avaya solutions specific to Contact Centre technologies
- Support all Avaya Aura core systems and technologies, including, Media Gateways, Communication Manager (CM), Aura Messaging (AAM), and Application Enablement Services (AES)
- Provide engineering support, advice, and mentorship to junior team members
- Cover 2 shift patterns from 8am to 6pm and 10am to 8pm

**Skills and Experience**
- 5 or more years of professional experience and proven technical abilities and qualification in one or more of the following primary products and technologies:

- Avaya Aura Contact Centre
- Avaya Aura System Manager & Session Manager
- Avaya Aura Session Border Controller for Enterprise
- Avaya Aura Communication Manager
- Avaya CMS administration and maintenance
- A solid understanding of network architectures, technologies, and voice protocols
- All Applicants MUST be eligible for SC Clearance
