North London Property Group

The job entails doing extensions, outbuildings & internal refurbishments.

You will be the main worker on site for each job.

You are welcome to bring in a couple of your workers or we will employ a small team around you.

You will need to have 5+ years’ experience, a proven track record & good references to be consider for this role.

We like to hire for the long term - you will need to be reliable and loyal to be considered for this role.

**Essential Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience
- A minimum of two references and examples of work
- Own tools (power and hand tools)
- Personable and polite
- Good time keeping skills and ability to stick to deadlines
- You must be enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated
- Ability to work quickly under pressure
- You must be able to keep a cool head with a good temperament under pressure
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends if required to push the job on
- You must speak clear English with good communication skills

**Hours**:Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm - Sat optional

Ideally the role is for immediate start or ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £1,050.00-£1,150.00 per week
