S**alary**:£28.000 - £30.000

**Working Hours**: 40 hours per week

**Shift Pattern**: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (early finish Fridays)

**Who we’re looking for**:
Are you a graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Reporting Specialist or Finance Analyst or perhaps you have Audit experience? Are you ready to take the next step in your career? **Reporting Specialist Duties**:

- Assisting the Head of Controlling in the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial corporate reporting
- Assist in the preparation and management of month end process including cost allocation controls, P&Ls reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist in the calculation of the main KPIs
- Work on own Ad-hoc projects to continuously improve internal controls, reporting and efficiency of the controlling department
- Collect, review and log data totals into database for reporting and ensure accuracy and report deliverables’ timelines
- Discuss with staff, users and management to develop requirements to create new report or revise current report
- Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven experience within a Reporting Specialist or Finance Analyst position
- BA or MA in Finance
- Previous experience in a service-oriented company would be a plus
- High level of Excel is a must (pivot tables, advanced formulation, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- Rigorous and organised
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to be flexible
- Willing to go an extra mile
