**Autumn House Nursing Home : 40 hours per week**

Role**:Administrator** - 10 month Maternity Cover

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at Autumn House Nursing home, based in Stone, Staffordshire. This position is based on a 10 month contract for maternity cover.

Shift times : 8:30am till 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Duties will include:

- Support the Manager to provide accurate financial and occupancy information to head office team.
- Promote a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude both over the telephone and in person
- Complete employment checks and collate documents for monthly payroll.
- Creating staff files and auditing the files monthly.
- Staff Training: update training matrix
- Ordering Stationery and PPE
- Approving service agreement for residents.
- Dealing with general enquiries from families, staff, councils and management.
- Process and accept county council payments for residents care fees.
- Manage safe contents - Dealing with Residents fund, activities fund and petty cash.

Require:

- Good level of numeracy skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good level of Multi-tasking skills
- Good time keeping
- Administration experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft
- specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
