**Full Time Sales Consultant**
Dipples is a fifth generation family business, which was founded in 1878, with a store in both Norwich and Dereham. We are looking for the right individual to fit our team in our Dereham store, which is based on Norwich Street.

We have the largest collection of Swiss watches in Norfolk in our stores, and one of the largest ranges of jewellery too. No two customers are alike, and we are sure that the right person will find this a rewarding, interesting and exciting position.

This position will involve dealing with customers, face to face and over the telephone, and helping them make decisions regarding purchases and on-going care for their watches or jewellery.

Your hours will be Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week. Our stores are closed on all Bank holidays and Sundays, except during December. We occasionally attend wedding shows or similar events.

A minimum of 3 years experience in the watch and jewellery industry would be preferred. However, no jewellery or watch retail experience is required, as training will be provided to the right individual.

Good communication and a willing, approachable attitude are a must.

You will be required to work in all areas of the shop and will be given training as required. This will include employer funded recognised industry qualifications.

Excellent time-keeping is essential.

Smart business like appearance.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for fine details would be a great attribute.

Retail experience is required. Preferably high end fashion or luxury retail.

An immediate start would be preferred although not essential.
