Agile Delivery Specialist

Salary £40,000 - £55,000

Are you someone with a passion for delivering change and have experience of working in Agile teams and can use these skills to solve problems and get the job done? Are you a persuasive and engaging communicator who can lead a team and customers on a journey of continuous improvement and delivery?

A bit about the job:
You will lead the team in the adoption of and adherence to Agile values, principles and framework; ensuring the team can be productive in delivery by clearing the path of blockages, organising the backlog and planning sprints.

You will support the team and Product owner through the lifecycle of the IT change; from requirements to implementation into Production.

You will drive efficiency through a culture of continuous improvement, automation, learning and transparency.

You will be a confident and trusted delivery lead working in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Promoting a healthy team culture, managing team dynamics and fostering a continuous improvement environment- Experience of delivering IT change at pace in an agile environment- The ability to communicate in a straightforward, honest and engaging manner with Product Owners, stakeholders and the delivery team in order to facilitate relationships and translate technical terms and challenges- Self-motivation and willingness to learn and explore new ideas- Knowledge of different delivery approaches and software development lifecycle & processes
