**Trade Counter Representative**

Warmer Roof Ltd is looking for a confident and sociable Trade Counter Representative to join our team. They will be responsible for providing counter services to customers as well as call handling on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, confident, and loves interacting with people.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Enthusiastic and confident telephone manner.
- Computer literate to provide existing and prospective customers with additional information and quotations.
- Eager and positive learning attitude to diversify job role.
- Excellent organisation, working on spreadsheets, inputting customer details and working off information databases to prospect potential customers.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment at all times
- Offer solutions to customers’ needs
- Follow procedures to ensure store runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the day with unloading deliveries, loading of deliveries and tick sheet's adhering to factory processes.
- Follow procedures to ensure inventory levels are correctly ordered.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
- Potential for more earnings

**Experience**:
**Must have previous sales experience and trade counter experience**
**+ Efficient level of UPVC Industry Knowledge**

**Preferred Education & Experience**:Experience in counter sales, retail sales, customer service, sales, hospitality, or other related fields; and good communication skills, knowledge of the UPVC Trade.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

- Manor Road, BA11 4BN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
