**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Do you have an eye for detail? Could you support with managing the day-to-day preventative & reactive maintenance within the hotel?

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will take responsibility for the management and performance of the department. You will support planned maintenance programs, reactive maintenance, defect repair, and health & safety checks

- You will already be a pro with tools and have experience in building maintenance
- As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will have experience in one or more building trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/ decorating or general building maintenance.

**Hotel**

Holiday Inn Guildford hotel is situated less than two miles from the centre of Guildford, which can be reached in under 10 minutes by car. Guildford station is around a mile away, and trains reach London in about 30 minutes.

We have 168 bedrooms, a conference centre operating 15 meetings rooms, a lovely bar, restaurant, and a large suite for weddings & special events. We are a friendly and approachable team here at the hotel, with a culture which highly encourages personal development.
