**Due to continued growth ENGIE are recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to be based in Wath upon Dearne, South Yorkshire. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the customer journey is at the forefront of every contact.** This is a permanent full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**:
**What will you deliver?**:

- Raising and issuing defects
- Prioritise by urgency, trade, and location to ensure the most efficient use of resources
- Chase operatives/sub-contractors and manage defect resolution
- To liaise with customers, client and operatives ensuring they are fully informed of any operational changes required in order to complete the requested defect
- To be professional, courteous and punctual in all dealings with customers and our external partners
- Ensure all remedial works are monitored and that all relevant work is completed to the required standard within the agreed timescales

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Previous experience within a customer care/administrator
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Previous experience of within a customer service role
- Competent in MS Office
